- Online service scheduling: Scheduling a service appointment, or stopping and starting service, will be a snap. No need to pick up the phone. Just log in and choose an available time slot.
- Monitor your water usage: Our Water Watch tool will be fully incorporated into our customer portal; no need for a separate login.
- AI-assisted chat: Our new AI chat agent can answer common questions or connect you with someone who can help you with your needs.
