The first time you log in after UMAX goes live, you’ll notice a new online interface chock-full of new options and features.

• Online service scheduling: Scheduling a service appointment, or stopping and starting service, will be a snap. No need to pick up the phone. Just log in and choose an available time slot.
• Monitor your water usage: Our Water Watch tool will be fully incorporated into our customer portal; no need for a separate login.
• AI-assisted chat: Our new AI chat agent can answer common questions or connect you with someone who can help you with your needs.

• Coming soon, we’ll be adding convenient new ways to pay to suit your lifestyle. No more stamps and checks! Make easy, secure payments using Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay — even Alexa!
• For those who prefer to pay in person, we’ll be expanding our network of walk-in payment locations, with many new locations across our service territory.
• Payments will process in near-real-time. No more waiting for a payment to go through!
